Process & Performance Manager - Ibp

What the job is:

With reference to the Head of Supply Chain Process and Performance Management, you will join our Global team of 8 dedicated experts across Planning & Supply Management. As IBP process and performance manager you will take on a key role within the emerging IBP community, being responsible for the continuous improvement and maintenance of our SAP IBP solution within Planning Globally. The goal is to ensure that the SAP IBP aligns with business needs and best practices.

This includes close collaboration with key stakeholders across multiple departments at all levels, including process owners and technical teams, with the main goal of gathering requirements, providing expert guidance, and ensuring a successful application of SAP IBP.

Your responsibilities:

• Be globally responsible for SAP IBP from a business perspective

• In liaison with the Process Owner Delegate, oversee the planning process within SAP IBP

• Drive improvements in SAP IBP within the areas of forecasting and inventory management.

• Promoting supply chain transparency to enable the business to take data driven decisions

• Identify the current and future needs of the business and assess how these can be met via SAP IBPs capabilities, both present and what is included in its quarterly roadmap

• Assess potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the scalability and stability of SAP IBP

• Provide expert guidance on IBP functionalities to the IBP Specialists

Less than 20 Travel days to be expected

• You have experience in driving change

• You are a strong communicator and are able to convey complex information

• You are fluent in English

• You have a University degree in engineering, supply chain, business administration, or a related field
