In your role as Process Redesign Lead, you will work closely with the business and identify key areas for improvement that drive an increase in customer experience through transforming underlying processes. You will use your creative thinking, process improvement and problem-solving skills to help size, scope and recommend outcomes. You will spend time understanding the needs of customers, mapping and analysing current process performance and designing and delivering solutions to ensure customer needs are met.

Certified Formal Project, Lean Six Sigma, and/or change management training i.e. Yellow,Green or Blackbelt, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Prosci etc is desirable

Your day to day will consist of...

Partner with Process Owners to understand and analyse current state process performance

Recommend opportunities to uplift process performance and improve customer experience

Work with business owners to design and implement future state process solutions

Proactively identify areas of improvement and scope new project
