Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Process Technician to join our team.
As a Process Technician, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining plant, equipment, ensuring quality control, ensuring safety, documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Operate and maintain plant equipment, ensuring that it is running efficiently and safely.
- Ensure good housekeeping, cleanliness and discipline during production.
- Responsible to collect samples and perform analysis in Lab.
- Production activities include performing in-process quality testing, product sample collection, plant patrolling, data logging, maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation related to equipment processes.
- Provide operating support in the assigned process unit in the DCS panel.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirement:
- Experienced candidates with more years of related experience may be considered for the Senior Process Technician position.
- At least one year of relevant experience at a refinery/process plant is preferable.
- DCS panel experience is an advantage.
- Capable of working 12 hour rotating shifts.
- Read and understand Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID).
- Strong initiative and able to work independently.
- Able to perform overtime work if required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,600.00 per month
