About the role
We are seeking experienced Process Operators to join and grow our Blending and Canning team. In this role, you’ll operate cutting-edge equipment and processes to produce advanced nutrition products, serving clients at multiple locations worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate sophisticated automated equipment in a dairy manufacturing process
- Perform product quality checks to minimise losses and boost line efficiency
- Uphold high safety and quality standards within the manufacturing environment
- Collaborate within a high-performing team to achieve production goals

Skills and Experience We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the dairy or food manufacturing industry as a Process Operator. However, if you don't have this background, we still encourage you to apply! We're firstly looking for individuals with the right attitude, commitment, eagerness to learn and dive in. Training will be provided to help you upskill.
- Mechanical aptitude to understand and operate our equipment
- Thorough with good attention to detail
- Self-motivated and proactive
- There will be some lifting required of up to 25 Kg
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of processes
