We're seeking an experienced Processing Administrator to join our Corporate Finance Team for 30 hours per week, fixed term until December 2025. Reporting to the Finance Processing Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices for Farmlands vendors and customers.
The role will be responsible for working closely with the Queries Resolution Team to resolve queries, processing vendor and customer transactions including EDI, Eftpos and manual transactions, maintaining Farmlands data systems and improving existing shareholder records and contributing to continual process improvement and system capability.
The day to day involves:
Processing accounts receivable and payable invoices and credit notes
Troubleshooting and resolving accounts queries
Maintaining data in our Farmlands systems
Providing strong customer service
Cultivating positive working relationships across Farmlands
