Responsibilities

Processing Team Leadership:

• Lead and motivate a small team to prepare produce trays and chopped fruit/vegetables.
• Assign tasks and ensure the team meets production goals.
• Provide feedback to improve performance and product quality.

Production Planning:

• Create and manage production schedules to meet customer orders on time.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure enough materials and supplies are available.

Quality Control:

• Check the quality of produce to make sure it meets company standards.
• Ensure products are fresh, properly prepared, and free from defects.
• Look for ways to improve efficiency and reduce waste in the production process.

Food Safety and Hygiene:

• Ensure all food safety guidelines and sanitation standards are followed.
• Oversee cleaning of work areas and equipment to maintain hygiene.
• Oversee the proper use of equipment (e.g., slicers, peelers) and ensure it is well-maintained.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Experience in store management or team supervision is preferred.
