Are you ready to make an impact in logistics and procurement?
We are looking for an engaged and solutions-driven specialist to develop our logistics and procurement team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive key projects, optimize processes and contribute to the success in Lefdal Mine Data Centers. You will work closely with various teams, where collaboration and flexibility are essential.
Your role
As our specialist in procurement and logistics, you will have a dynamic workday with responsibilities that include developing and implementing solutions to ensure optimal inventory flow and efficient warehouse management. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Developing solutions
You will be responsible for implementing a robust solution for procurement and inventory management, either as part of our ERP system or using ServiceNow. The goal is to streamline processes and provide better visibility. - Process optimisation
A key part of this role involves continuously improving routines and procedures related to procurement, inventory management and logistics. You will identify areas for improvement and implement measures that enhance efficiency and reduce costs. - Supplier management and contracts
You will negotiate with suppliers and manage contracts to secure the best terms for the company. We believe effective communication and strong relationships with suppliers are key to success in this area. - Warehouse and shipping administration
You will be responsible for managing inventory, receiving goods and handling shipments efficiently. This includes everything from organising deliveries to our data center to coordinating with freight forwarders and managing imports. - Collaboration with project managers
You will work closely with our project managers to support construction projects, ensuring that all necessary materials are delivered on time. Your efforts will help ensure that our projects are completed efficiently and without delays.
What we are looking for
We are looking for someone who has:
- Relevant education in logistics, supply chain management or a related field.
- Experience in procurement, logistics and inventory management, preferably in a larger organization.
- Experience in process optimisation with an analytical approach to problemsolving.
- A structured, detailoriented and independent work style.
The position requires proficiency in both Norwegian and English, in written and verbal communication.
You must hold a valid class B driver's license.
