Commencement: September 2026

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Graduate to join our team. As a Procurement Graduate, you will support the procurement team in sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier relationships to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of goods and services. You will gain hands-on experience in procurement processes, supply chain management, and strategic sourcing.

Graduates will take part in our two-year graduate development programme, which will guide you through a semi-structured programme across various areas in our business in order to develop technical, interpersonal, commercial and management skills. Roadstone’s 2026 Graduate Programme will commence the beginning of September 2026.

About The Role

Key areas of responsibility

  • Assist in supplier sourcing, tendering, and evaluation processes.
  • Prepare and manage purchase orders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Support contract negotiations and maintain compliance with company policies.
  • Analyse pricing trends, cost-saving opportunities, supply chain risk and market conditions.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and assist with various reporting.
  • Support supply chain sustainability initiatives and communication.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet operational requirements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within procurement and supply chain.

Candidates should possess:

  • Full clean Irish driving licence
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related discipline.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities.

Required Criteria

  • A relevant third level Qualification in Finance, Business or Other Similar qualification.
  • Team player with a positive and ambitious attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong eye for detail.
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • Proactive, organised, results driven and self-motivated.
