Mission: Supplier quality management for indirect purchasing
Set up a supplier evaluation process in collaboration with the team:
- Define supplier evaluation criteria.
- Define different supplier groups according to purchasing frequency, APV, or products.
- Define a supplier evaluation model to structure and standardize the process.
- Help set up a tool with the team's collaboration, optimizing the automatic collection of information required for evaluations through existing systems.
- Creation of supplier follow-up documents (non-conformity, etc.).
- Team support
- Participate in meetings with suppliers
- Participate in new contract negotiations
- Search for new suppliers.
