Mission: Supplier quality management for indirect purchasing

Set up a supplier evaluation process in collaboration with the team:

Define supplier evaluation criteria.
Define different supplier groups according to purchasing frequency, APV, or products.
Define a supplier evaluation model to structure and standardize the process.
Help set up a tool with the team's collaboration, optimizing the automatic collection of information required for evaluations through existing systems.
Creation of supplier follow-up documents (non-conformity, etc.).
Team support
Participate in meetings with suppliers
Participate in new contract negotiations
Search for new suppliers.
