*What You'll Do

• Handling customer communications via phone and email.
• Being involved in the billing process.
• Track Accounts Receivables and follow up on customer payments.
• Track each order from beginning to delivery to guarantee customers satisfaction.
• Collaborating with design, purchasing and production departments to make sure each customer request is addressed.
• Assisting office staff with administrative tasks.

What You Should Have:

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent telephone demeanor with a consistently positive attitude
• Excellent computer skills.
• Patience and empathy towards clients
• Self-motivated to achieve personal goals
• Enjoys being a part of a team and striving towards team achievements
• Willingness to work on special projects as assigned
• Bilingual: English/Spanish is a must. (Perfect English/ Basic Spanish)

We are offering a comprehensive compensation including benefit package with 401(K), Holidays and vacations pay.

Monday-Friday (No weekends)

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
