Procurement Sales Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Procurement Sales Manager with 7–10 years of experience in B2B sales, procurement solutions, supply chain management, or sourcing services. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, driving revenue growth, and promoting procurement solutions to businesses across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities for procurement and sourcing services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders.
- Understand client procurement requirements and propose suitable sourcing solutions.
- Drive sales targets and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with procurement, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare sales proposals, presentations, quotations, and contract negotiations.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Generate MIS reports, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Vendor Management, and Supply Chain processes.
- Excellent B2B Sales and Business Development experience.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Experience in handling enterprise clients and key accounts.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
