This role plays a vital role within the Procurement Team, supporting Category Managers, business unit procurement teams, and vendors. The role is responsible for maintaining accurate master data, supporting procurement system processes, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
The key objective of this role would be to maintaining accurate vendor and material master data, supporting tender administration, and ensuring seamless contract creation and variation processes. Working closely with Category Managers, the role drives improvements in procurement taxonomy and data accuracy across the SingTel group. It also provides system support through UAT participation, stakeholder training, and guidance on S2C and P2P modules, while ensuring compliance, conducting quality audits, and identifying opportunities for continuous process improvement.
What you'll be doing:
Maintain accurate vendor, material, and sourcing data in procurement systems, ensuring compliance with policies and data integrity.
Ensure validation and data quality checks as part of ongoing maintenance.
Resolve procurement system issues, support users, and conduct testing and change management activities.
Manage tender workspaces, supplier invitations, and documentation in alignment with procurement policies.
Support contract creation, execution, and updates, ensuring all contract details align with approvals and compliance standards.
Partner with internal teams and vendors, providing training and guidance to improve procurement system usage and compliance.
What makes you perfect for the role?
Over 10 years in corporate environments with 2–3 years in procurement or commercial modelling, including vendor liaison.
Experience in high-volume procurement environments with a strong customer service background.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Office 365.
Skilled in procurement systems including P2P (Buying & Invoicing), S2C (Contract & Sourcing), and Supplier Management.
Experienced in using SAP Purchasing Modules for procurement operations.
Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder engagement and documentation skills.
