PRODUCER
Your role
We are seeking a producer to assist Aalto ARTS leadership, departments, and communications in organizing events and exhibitions, as well as coordinating international education projects. The Producer will report to the Head of Development and work closely with the International Relations Manager and other personnel of the School.
As a producer, your responsibilities will include supporting the international, multicultural academic faculty in planning educational projects such as summer schools and organizing meetings and events both on the Otaniemi campus and online, including webinars and intensive courses. You will play a key role in academic working teams and connecting people between Aalto University and its global partner institutions.
Ensuring that projects stay on schedule will be one of your main tasks. To succeed in this role, excellent project management and communication skills, along with the ability to work effectively under pressure in a global context, are essential.
Your experience
Flexibility and the ability to collaborate with diverse working cultures are essential qualities for the producer. We expect you to hold a relevant higher education degree (such as AMK Producer or Cultural Producer) and 2-4 years of experience in the field. Fluent spoken and written English skills are required. Work experience in creative fields is considered an advantage.

We operate in a hybrid work environment, with the primary workplace located in Otaniemi, Espoo. The Otaniemi campus is a vibrant and connected community, easily accessible by public transportation.
Aalto University follows the salary system of Finnish universities. For this position, the salary is determined at requirement level 9, ranging from approximately 3500 to 3800 euros per month.
