Are you a master orchestrator with a passion for seamless marketing operations and elevating client satisfaction? At VML MAP, we're seeking a Producer who will serve as the essential operational bridge between our clients and our expert internal teams, ensuring flawless campaign delivery and adheres to our global standards.

As our new Producer, you'll own everything related to process and planning within a MO delivery team. You'll manage weekly capacity, securing smooth and timely delivery, and drive efficient processes and communication to meet budgets and quality standards. By proactively resolving bottlenecks within the team, facilitating handovers across Marketing Operations’ delivery centers, and ensuring proper onboarding, you'll ensure seamless delivery across all time zones and markets. You'll also act as the main MO facilitator for cross-capability collaboration on non-BAU projects and be responsible for the implementation and rollout of new processes and solutions within the team.

More specifically, your tasks will include:

• Owning SOPs: Taking ownership of Standard Operational Processes (SOPs), ensuring they are well-defined, documented, and followed by the team.

• Overseeing New Process Rollouts: Managing risks and ensuring successful adoption of new capabilities or services.

• Workload Management: Setting up efficient systems for managing the workload in the teams and between centers

• Reporting: Preparing and sharing finance reports, and internal data analysis and operational reporting.

• Leading SCRUMs: Leading or delegating daily SCRUMs and SE SCRUMs, maintaining SCRUM/Kanban boards, and reporting anticipated deviations from planned timings.

• Overseeing Onboarding: Onboarding all new team members, assigning buddies and mentors, and ensuring quick integration and effective role performance.

• Coordinating Incident Management: Supporting and resolving incidents, minimizing disruption to client campaigns.

• Collaborating on Non-BAU Requests: Correctly trafficking non-BAU client requests to the right people within MO and MAP.

• Streamlining Client Experience: Ensuring externally-facing processes effectively showcase the value of MO services.

• Acting as Cross-Capabilities SPOC: Serving as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment across capabilities.

This cross-functional collaboration will empower you to contribute to truly impactful campaigns while significantly expanding your expertise in marketing technologies like JIRA, Confluence, Adobe, and Salesforce.

As a highly operational and commercially focused position, this role requires good technical expertise and interest, rather than creative input.

• 1-2 years of experience in campaign or project coordination, or a related field.

• Proven experience in resource and project management.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders, including clients.

• Familiarity with marketing technologies (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Adobe, Salesforce) is a plus.

• Experience thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

• Exceptional multitasking and time-management skills.

• A forward-thinking approach to anticipate and mitigate issues.
