A.P. Moller - Maersk is looking for a Producer & Videographer to join our global communications department. In this role, as part of the Creative Production and Enablement team, you will be a key contributor towards creating high-quality video content and live productions that effectively communicate to both internal and external audiences. You will be involved in the various stages of the video production process, ensuring all content aligns with Maersk’s brand values and messaging.
About you:
You are a pragmatic, collaborative and creative video producer with a strong technical background and a passion for storytelling. You have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality content on time and within budget. You are detail-oriented, with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and a deep understanding of the latest video production techniques and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Involved in multiple aspects of video production, including pre-production planning, filming, and post-production editing
Collaborate with the communications team to produce engaging and high-quality video content
Coordinate production logistics and manage the filming process, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget
Storyboard and scriptwriting for video projects, ensuring alignment with Maersk’s brand values and messaging
Direct and guide production crews and talent on set
Produce live broadcasts and live-to-tape productions from our HQ studio
Review, edit, and approve video projects
Organize and manage post-production tasks, such as editing footage, adding special effects, and soundtrack
Distribute and promote video content on various platforms
Maintain and update video production equipment and software
Drive the mindset and practical implementation of the latest video production techniques and technologies
Your experience and background:
Proven experience as a Video Producer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of previous work
Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro).
Experience with drone operation is preferred
Strong storytelling skills and the ability to create compelling video content
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Attention to detail and a creative mindset
Knowledge of animation and motion graphics is a plus
Your personality:
Independent contributor and self-starter who takes ownership of assignments and sees them to completion with minimal supervision
A collaborator who can work across media, branding, special projects, etc., and with multiple stakeholders to reach agreed objectives

Able to occasionally travel for video assignments
Reporting to our Head of Creative Production & Enablement, you will be working out of our Copenhagen office – but your workplace will be the world as you will have daily and close interaction with colleagues everywhere.
