Our global Product Management & Commercialization Team is growing! We are looking for a motivated Product & Commercialization Manager responsible Accessories & Spare Parts who will take global responsibility for these categories and drive their development and commercialization. Do you want to shape product strategy, optimize assortments, and ensure successful market launches across multiple regions? Your Mission

  • Take global ownership of accessories & spare parts throughout the entire product lifecycle.
  • Define and execute the assortment strategy together with the product manager responsible for the respective product worlds, ensuring continuous improvement and competitiveness.
  • Design and further develop the product portfolio in line with corporate and category strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Innovation, Operations, Sales, Brand, Purchasing) to ensure high-quality and timely product launches.
  • Translate market and customer insights into actionable product requirements.
  • Communicate product roadmaps, progress, and results to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Mentor and support junior product managers and colleagues in the team.

Your Skills

  • University degree in a technical or business-related field
  • 2-5 years of professional experience in product management or category management, management consulting or similar.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Analytical mindset, structured working style, and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent communication skills with a consumer- and product-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.

For this position, we offer you a gross monthly salary starting at EUR 3,500 on a full-time basis. Of course, we take your individual qualifications and experience into account and are open to appropriate overpayment. Details will be discussed personally.
