As a Product Delivery Director at JPMorgan Chase within the Commercial & Investment Bank, Post Trade Technology team, you lead initiatives that optimize product delivery and improve operational outcomes. You are responsible for driving product delivery, payment controls, and operational readiness across Equities and Prime businesses. You partner with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business priorities. You ensure strong execution discipline while managing risks, dependencies, and timelines. You also contribute to enhancing delivery practices to enable consistent value creation. This role focuses on strengthening delivery governance and control frameworks across product and technology teams. You will work closely with stakeholders across business, operations, and technology to support critical initiatives within Post Trade activities. The role includes ownership of delivery processes, change management, and readiness for product launches. You will also guide and mentor few members while maintaining a hands-on approach to execution, as role operates in individual capacity. Success in this role requires strong domain expertise, collaboration, and the ability to operate effectively in a complex, matrixed environment.
Job responsibilities
- Design and support implementation of the Payment Controls strategy for Equities and Prime across Post Trade Technology
- Lead end-to-end product delivery activities, including intake, dependency management, release management, operationalization, and performance reporting
- Drive delivery governance and feasibility assessments, ensuring alignment with business priorities and technical capabilities
- Own and enhance the change management framework, ensuring adherence to risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain visibility over timelines, dependencies, and risks, proactively addressing blockers and ensuring appropriate resourcing
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Technology, Operations, and Business teams to ensure seamless execution
- Mentor teams across engineering, product & delivery, driving best practices in delivery, resource planning, and deployment efficiency
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and coordination
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 10+ years of experience in product delivery, program management, or technology delivery roles
- 5+ years of experience within Investment Banking in Equities, Prime, Custody, or Payments
- Proven track record of delivering complex products/programs and solving large-scale business problems
- Experience designing scalable, high-availability solutions with strong controls frameworks
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycle, technical design, and data analytics
- Demonstrated expertise in operational management, change readiness, and delivery governance
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed, global environment
- Recognized as a subject matter expert or thought leader within product delivery or post-trade domain
- Experience driving large-scale transformation or control initiatives
- Familiarity with risk and regulatory frameworks within global banking environments
