As Product Director for Line Components, you will own one of the largest and most stable product bases in our ACR business. What You’ll Be Doing

Own and drive the strategy for the Line Components product area.
Build and execute roadmaps that balance continuous improvement with long-term priorities.
Identify opportunities for cost efficiency, margin improvement, and differentiation.
Lead full lifecycle management to ensure the portfolio remains competitive and relevant.
Work cross-functionally to secure alignment on priorities and support sound product decisions.
Analyze product performance, cost structures, and market trends to guide strategic actions.
Represent your portfolio internally with clear, data-driven insights and forward-thinking recommendations.

What We're Looking For

Experience in product management or a commercial–technical role within industrial products, HVAC/R, mechanical systems, or related fields.
Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to portfolio management.
Proven ability to drive operational excellence, cost-down initiatives, and performance-focused execution.
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to translate strategy into clear direction.
Confidence in building business cases and supporting investment decisions.
A relevant engineering or technical background combined with solid commercial insight.
