We are looking for a passionate SaaS Product Evangelist for our client to promote, explain, and demonstrate our cloud-based Hospital Management Information System (HMIS) to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals. This role bridges the gap between sales, product, and the client combining communication skills, healthcare domain knowledge, and technical understanding.
In this remote role, you’ll take charge of promoting, explaining, and demonstrating the product to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals. As the bridge between the sales team, product development, and potential customers, you’ll use your communication skills, technical knowledge, and understanding of the healthcare domain to drive engagement and adoption.
We are specifically looking for someone with experience working in an IT or SaaS company, who understands how to effectively position and present a technology product to business decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate cold calls and cold emails to engage leads in the healthcare sector.
- Schedule and conduct online product demos via Zoom, Google Meet, or similar tools.
- Understand client pain points and map them to specific features of the HMIS product.
- Act as a trusted product advisor, providing clear and accurate information about the platform.
- Prepare demo scripts, product presentation decks, and FAQs to support the sales process.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach and messaging.
- Gather feedback from demos and pass insights to the product and development teams.
- Occasionally participate in virtual webinars, product walkthroughs, or online events.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: MBA, BBA or IT related).
- 3 to 5 years of experience working in an IT or SaaS company.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical features in a simple, customer-friendly manner.
- Experience using CRMs like Zoho, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge or interest in healthcare workflows and hospital systems is a plus.
- Highly organized, self-driven, and capable of working independently in a remote setup.
