Product IT Coordinator

Location: Mumbai

Job Summary

The Product IT Coordinator will act as the bridge between the Product, Technology, Operations, QA, and Business teams to ensure smooth planning, development, testing, deployment, and support of fintech products. The role involves coordinating product enhancements, tracking development activities, managing UAT, documenting requirements, and ensuring timely delivery of technology projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Product Managers, Development, QA, Operations, and Business teams for product implementation.
• Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, and release notes.
• Track product development timelines and follow up with internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure timely closure of defects.
• Monitor production issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
• Support product launches, feature enhancements, and system upgrades.
• Maintain product documentation, SOPs, process flows, and change logs.
• Work with external vendors and technology partners for integrations and API implementations.
• Ensure compliance with information security, regulatory, and operational standards.
• Generate MIS reports and project status updates for management.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodology.
• Basic understanding of APIs, SQL, databases, and web/mobile applications.
• Experience in BRD, FRD, UAT, and product documentation.
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and project management tools.

Preferred Experience

• 0-2 years of experience in Product Coordination, IT Coordination,or Project Coordination.
• Experience in Fintech, Banking, Digital Payments, Financial Inclusion, or NBFC domain will be preferred.
• Knowledge of AEPS, DMT, BBPS, UPI, Prepaid Cards, Wallets, Micro ATM, or API-based financial products is an added advantage.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certification in Business Analysis, Agile, Scrum, or Product Management is an added advantage
