Scope of the role:
As a PLCM, you are responsible for all R&D activities related to product lifecycle items. This means you are the key link between Operations and R&D—ensuring alignment, driving decisions, and coordinating efforts across both domains to keep our product portfolio running smoothly and efficiently.
You’ll be the go-to person for organizing, coordinating, and delivering product lifecycle activities within a fast-moving development environment. Acting as the central point between stakeholders, you’ll manage multiple projects and tasks, structure complex information, and ensure timely delivery of results across the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Own all R&D responsibilities related to product lifecycle items
Act as the primary link between Operations and R&D, ensuring smooth communication and alignment
Maintaining our existing product portfolio, including obsolescence control and regulation checks
Break down and structure a high volume of small tasks and actions
Maintain a clear overview in a context-heavy environment with frequent task switching
Manage and coordinate multiple smaller tasks and projects simultaneously
Handle shifting priorities with resilience and flexibility
Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
Balance process-oriented structure with a pragmatic, risk-aware approach
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Being a motivator for continuous improvement
Job requirements
A self-starting, proactive mindset with a hands-on approach
Strong organizational skills and a talent for structuring complex workflows
Clear and effective communication skills Navigate quickly within our organization and ensure things get done efficiently
Ability to balance process-oriented structure with a pragmatic, risk-aware approach
Experience in project coordination and/or lifecycle management
Experience in product development / production environments (preferably high-tech/semiconductor/electronics)
Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus, but not required)
