Product Line Manager

We are looking for a

Product Line Manager

To join our secondary rock breaking team of Xrock business unit in Normet Group . In this role you will manage equipment and service offering, support sales projects, and coordinat e technical upgrades . You will also develop technical support tools, training packages, and commissioning solutions—and occasionally take part in training and commissioning activities.

You will work together with technolog y and production teams and collaborate with sales across the world, reporting to a Head of Technology and R&D . The role is based in Lahti, Finland.

Main responsibilities and tasks:

• Manag ing product offering portfolio and documentation for equipment and service sales

• Support ing sales projects with technical expertise

• Coordinat ing support for larger sales cases together with other professionals

• Coordinat ing product upgrades customized product (B-product) deliveries

• Making c ost structure analysis and price setting

• Working closely with sales and business development

• Develop ing technical support tools, training materials, and commissioning packages

• Participat ing in training and commissioning when needed, also on customer sites abroad
  
  

To shine in t his position, we hope you have :

• Relevant working e xperience in technical product management and equipment lifecycle roles

• Master’s of bachelor’s degree in field of engineering or product development

• Experience in commercialization of the products and business driven way of working

• Understanding of industrial equipment systems and service operations

• Strong coordination and communication skills

• Fluency in English and Finnish

• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams

• Willingness to travel internationally as part of the role
