Roles & Responsibilities
  • Lead of group of Product Owners
  • Contribute to the Concepts and future topics in tandem with the Product Mgrs and Architects
  • Along with the Product managers, drive the prioritization towards PI planning, Milestone goals
  • Help explain the business vision and roadmap to local team members across all functions.
  • Drive innovation culture in the team and bring product improvements, new innovations to the fore.
  • As a Product Owner in Individual Contributor capacity, you will be customer voice for your scrum team(s)
  • Work as part of and with cross-functional scrum teams and various stakeholders, including design/user experience, test engineering, system engineering and user experience
  • Work with all the functions contributing towards the Product Lifecycle Management
  • Participate in PM-PO sync meetings. Along with the product manager own and drive the "Definition of Done", "Acceptance Criteria" covering all the functional and non-functional aspects of the product
  • You are responsible for reviewing user needs documentation (SRS), system and subsystem level design inputs (SFS and SSFS).
  • Participate in Change Control Board (CCB). Supports proper Defect Management for Scrum Team defects
  • Highly experienced with SAFe and agile processes and bring in experience as Team Leader.
  • Support the local marketing/ Sales Org with product demo to visiting customers
  • Engage with System Engineering teams to understand the customer base, system choices to drive future concepts and test viability for new business models.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelors or Masters in Engineering with working experience in Healthcare domain (preferably in Imaging area).
  • 18-20 years of overall experience with a mix of 60:40 (software programming/ architecture : product management) in medical imaging products.
  • Atleast 2+ Yrs of people management experience
  • Experience in Clinical and Service domains.
  • Good organizational and leadership qualities. Demonstrable ability to plan ahead and seek consensus in the collaboration with other groups
  • You have very good presentation and communication skills with a flair for customer orientation.
  • Highly results-oriented with a growth mindset. Capable of presenting action to management and/or customers.
  • Deep knowledge of Cardiology / Oncology is a plus.
