Visa USA Inc., a Visa Inc. company, needs a Product Manager (multiple openings) in Foster City, CA to:

• Create buy-ins for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.
• Develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
• Conduct market analysis by understanding client needs, evaluating market dynamics, competition, etc.
• Partner with regional sales and product teams to co-create relevant product go-to-market & sales strategies.
• Provide information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and ad hoc analyses/reports/presentations as needed.
• Bring new products to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and product development programs.
• Assess new product ideas and/or product enhancements.
• Up to 10% domestic or international travel required.
• Position reports to the Foster City, California office and may allow for partial telecommuting.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 5 years of experience in a Product Manager-related occupation.
• Alternatively, a Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 2 years of experience in a Product Manager-related occupation.
• Experience must include:
  • Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Jira.
  • SAFe.
  • Data Analysis.
  • Product Management.

Worksite: Foster City, CA

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Travel Requirements: Up to 10% domestic or international travel required.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $164,715.00 USD to $221,400.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
