About the Team

Join the Professional Services Automation (PSA) product organization. Our team is responsible for defining, advocating, and building a best-in-suite product for our target industries within Professional and Business Services.

About the Role

Our Product Management team is seeking a Product Manager with solid understanding of professional services automation solutions. Have you configured or implemented a project management and budgeting solution? Are you a Portfolio manager, Project Owner, Product Manager, or Implementation Consultant? Are you passionate about software products that excite end-users like yourself? Software that enables users to spend less time consolidating data across different systems, requires minimal training and is very user friendly without sacrificing functionality and compliance. We want your perspectives and fresh ideas to contribute to our market-leading PSA solution!

Responsibilities

Collaborate with functional & technical architects, engineering, and QA teams to transform customer requirements into functional designs and user stories.
Act as the voice of the customer within an Agile environment, ensuring the successful delivery of features for our next-generation business applications.
Own the functional design and roadmap for your product area, ensuring what you envision is what gets delivered.
Develop clear presentations, mock-ups, flowcharts, and product demonstrations to facilitate effective communication with all stakeholders.

About You

Basic Qualifications:

5+ years of demonstrated ability as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or other equivalent role.
Experience in one or more of the following areas: professional services project staffing, resource demand forecasting, project portfolio management, project budgeting, or PPM.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent work experience.

Other Qualifications:

Experience in product management developing enterprise software solutions.
Experience with UI/UX cross-functional partnership.
Strong presentation / interpersonal skills addressing senior leaders / exec audiences.
Experience managing teams and owning product areas
Enterprise system configuration, administration, integration or implementation experience
Decision Making A proven track record of data-driven decisions under uncertainty.
