In this team you will have the opportunity to build high value, impactful features that solve problems our customers face every day.
- Engage with customers to define product requirements, create user stories, and prioritize the backlog.
- Assist in the creation of product roadmaps and backlogs.
- Engage in Production Support
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the development process.
- Build products that impact and drive value for our customers.
About You
- 4+ years experience in product management, defining and delivering SaaS and/or cloud-based enterprise software products or features.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to research, summarise, and prioritize business requirements
- Possesses a strong sense of ownership and a drive to get things done.
- Knowledge of Learning Technologies preferred
- Prior experience in AI product development is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to be a strong Customer Advocate, deeply understanding and representing customer needs in product strategy and decisions through user research, feedback analysis, or customer engagement.
- Strong skills in Data Analysis to derive actionable insights for product strategy, prioritization, and measuring success.
- Strong Domain Knowledge of the learning industry and market, with a strong understanding of market trends and competitive landscape.
