Your Mission
At Hoxhunt, we are actively building tools that strengthen the resilience of our customers against malicious cyberattacks every single day. As a Product Manager for our core security awareness training product, your mission is to ensure the training is delightful, human-first experience, while simultaneously ticking the requirements boxes of worlds biggest organizations and their respective complex environments. You will own the roadmap and execution of a commercially successful product used by over 4 million end users, building interactive experiences that genuinely change human risk behavior at scale.

Your Role
You are a Product Manager who thrives in high-growth, fast-paced environments. You are also a builder with a strong ownership mentality and an innate drive to navigate high-level strategy to hands-on execution. You strive for real customer depth, talking to customers constantly to understand admin pain points and delightful end-user experience alike. Acting as the crucial bridge for cross-functional orchestration, you can comfortably draw judgments under uncertainty, making a call even when the context is ambiguous, and you take comfort with AI tools without being dependent on them. You have a great taste for world class game-like end-user experience, as our product is not only serving B2B users but also millions of employees as end users across our 1000+ customers.

Please note that this role requires the willingness to support U.S. time zones for one evening per week to collaborate with our global customers.

What You'll Do

• Own the product roadmap and prioritize the backlog for our security awareness training product.

• Talk to prospects and customers continuously to achieve real customer depth and deeply understand both admin pain points and end-user experiences.

• Translate customer needs and competitive signals into concrete specifications, drawing sound judgments under uncertainty to make roadmap decisions.

• Drive cross-functional orchestration, collaborating heavily with engineering, design, threat content, and commercial teams to evolve the product.

• Take full ownership of cadence planning, shipping meaningful product increments that positively impact adoption, new business win rates, and net retention.

• Execute against goals for the product that leadership trusts, moving fast in a highly autonomous environment.

What We're Looking For

• 4 years of work experience with least 1-2 years of experience in a Product Manager role, or equivalent experience working as a developer, designer, or consultant where you demonstrated strong product ownership, including both discover and delivery, emphasizing the delivery.

• Proven experience working in high-growth companies or startups where you had to execute and deliver results, showing the ability to make a call when the context is ambiguous.

• Comfort with AI tools without dependence on them, utilizing them to move faster while relying on your own strong product intuition and taste.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to navigate a highly collaborative, async-first team and articulate trade-offs when challenged.

• A humble, collaborative approach to problem-solving, coupled with a genuine eagerness to learn and find the best solution together.

• Strong empathy for the end user and customers, an excellent eye for what good product design looks like.

• A self-starter mentality where you do not need heavy process scaffolding to find the right problems to solve.

Bonus Points If You Also

• Bring experience from e-learning and/or gaming

• Have shipped AI-native features or products that deliver genuine user value.

• Can comfortably hold your own in deep technical discussions with senior software engineers.

• Salary range: € 5400 - € 6200 (depending on experience)
