Job Description
ABOUT US:
The emBET team is in charge of building is a cutting-edge product at the intersection of live sports streaming, data, and betting, enabling fully interactive overlay experiences on top of video. It enables sportsbooks and media partners to surface contextual betting markets, live stats, and engagement features—while allowing users to place bets or interact without leaving the full-screen viewing experience. The product is designed to drive higher engagement, retention, and incremental revenue by seamlessly integrating betting and content consumption.
THE CHALLENGE:
As a Product Manager, you will support the development and evolution of emBET products, working closely with engineering, design, and senior product leaders. You will gradually take ownership of product areas while learning how to balance customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Contributing to the product roadmap and supporting the execution of product goals in line with the broader Sportradar strategy.
- Translating product ideas, requirements, and feedback into clear, actionable user stories and backlog items.
- Working closely with engineering teams to support delivery, clarify requirements, and ensure smooth execution.
- Supporting product discovery activities such as customer feedback analysis, internal stakeholder input, and market research.
- Tracking and learning from product KPIs to understand product performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborating with cross‑functional teams (engineering, design, sales, integration, marketing) to ensure alignment and shared understanding.
- Helping improve existing solutions while contributing ideas for new features and enhancements.
ABOUT YOU:
- 1–3 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or a similar role.
- Exposure to working on B2B products is a plus; experience in betting, sports, or media is an advantage but not required.
- A basic understanding of how product discovery, delivery, and prioritization work in a product-led environment.
- Comfortable working with engineers and able to communicate requirements clearly and pragmatically.
- Analytical mindset with interest in data, KPIs, and understanding product performance.
- Curious, eager to learn, and open to feedback.
- Able to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple topics with support from senior colleagues.

Additional Information
The minimum monthly salary for this position is according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Overpayment will be considered depending on qualifications and working experience.
