As a Product Manager, Performance, you will play a pivotal role in our Mobility Product Growth team, supporting the development, analysis, and delivery of mobile product strategies. This role is perfect for someone with strong analytical and commercial skills who enjoys working with data to solve business problems and drive product performance.
You will:
Collect, analyse, and interpret data related to product & promotion performance, including customer acquisition, churn, usage patterns, and revenue/margin trends.
Watch and report on crucial metrics for mobile products, giving actionable insights to boost growth and profitability.
Assist in the development and evaluation of arguments for new products, pricing changes, and promotional offers.
Develop regular and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal customers.
Coordinate and track the progress of product initiatives, working with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery.
Find opportunities to streamline processes, improve data quality, and enhance reporting capabilities.
Your skills to pay the bills
We are looking for someone who can bring their outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills to the table. You should have:
Strong commercial/financial/analytical and Excel modelling skills.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (or higher) and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for modelling, with experience in analytics tools such as Tableau, SQL, or Power BI.
7-10 years’ experience in product management/commercial/performance, ideally within the IT/Telecommunications or ECommerce industry.
Experience in development/management of acquisition and retention campaigns, ecommerce strategy, and digital marketing strategy.
A proactive great teammate attitude, willing to collaborate and learn in a dynamic environment.
Excellent communication skills to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
