Role Description

The Product Marketing Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Visakhapatnam. The role involves developing and executing product marketing plans for HandHelmet's industrial safety products, including positioning, messaging and go-to-market activities. The Product Marketing Executive will conduct market and competitor research, analyse customer segments and collaborate with sales teams to support lead generation and revenue growth.

Daily responsibilities include creating marketing collateral, coordinating campaigns, tracking performance metrics and engaging with customers, distributors and channel partners to gather feedback and identify new opportunities. The role also requires close collaboration with product development, operations and sales teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with customer needs and industry requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong market research and marketing analytics skills to understand customer segments, competition and campaign performance.
• Demonstrated analytical skills to interpret data, generate insights and support data-driven marketing decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating compelling product messaging, presentations and marketing content.
• Sales awareness and experience supporting business development teams with product information, collateral and customer engagement.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in industrial products, safety equipment, manufacturing or B2B marketing is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Visakhapatnam, collaborate with cross-functional teams and visit customer locations when required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other business productivity tools. Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT is an advantage.
• Based in Visakhapatnam or willing to relocate.
