Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy and Roadmap

Define and maintain the product vision and strategy for our platforms.

Develop and manage the product roadmap, aligning with business goals and customer needs.

• User Research and Insights

Gather and analyze user feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for innovation.

Conduct competitor and market analysis to keep the product competitive and relevant.

• Feature Development and Management

Collaborate with the design, technology, and business teams to define and prioritize features.

Create detailed product requirement documents (PRDs) and wireframes.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with the engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features.

Partner with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption.

• Performance Monitoring and Optimization

Monitor product performance metrics and user engagement.

Continuously optimize the product for scalability, usability, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering.
• Experience: Freshers or upto 1 year of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS or MarTECH

Technical Knowledge:

• Understanding of SaaS platforms and user-centric design principles.
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Trello, or equivalent project management software.

• Experience with user research and customer feedback integration.
