We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for our product line, driving market share, and enhancing brand awareness. You will work closely with the sales, engineering, and R&D teams to create compelling marketing campaigns that highlight the unique features and benefits of our products.
While based in Europe, tailoring the marketing message per audience and region is key in understanding. Managing end to end marketing campaigns right through GTM execution means having full autonomy in its success. This is fast paced and so multitasking some local and divisional projects as needed as well as being a smart independent thinker, will not phase you. Your ability to deliver these asks in an enthusiastic and positive mindset will work well with our young spirited and entrepreneurial office environment. This role offers further opportunity and potential to fasttrack towards a global role all dependant on the individual and their appetite for development acceleration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product positioning and strategy.
- Product Launches: Plan and execute successful product launches, including the development of marketing collateral, sales tools, and promotional activities.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging content for various marketing channels, including video, brochures, case studies, website content, social media, and presentations.
- Sales Support: Provide the sales team with the necessary tools and training to effectively sell our products, including product demonstrations and technical support.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing materials and channels.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, industry partners, and influencers to promote Tate's products.
- Performance Metrics: Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
- Post-Sale Product Training: Develop and deliver comprehensive post-sale product training programs for customers and installation teams, ensuring proper product use and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- BSc/BA in Marketing/Digital Marketing or equivalent experience in a Marketing / Product / Specifications role in the data centre or construction industry.
- Minimum of 8+ years either agency or in house marketing experience
- Experience executing campaigns via Salesforce would be ideal but not essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must possess a positive 'can-do' attitude who is a collaborative team player, eager to jump with flexibility for some travel as and when required.
- Be a leader, with the ability to effectively communicate and influence others
- Excellent attention to detail
- Must be a self-starter, able to self-manage projects as assigned
- Reporting to and supporting the Director of Colocation Marketing, the role will be diverse and dynamic. Interpersonal skills are critical, as it demands an interface across teams, suppliers and agencies.
- Excellent time management and organization skills, and the ability to be flexible and creative
