Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 4 years of experience in marketing
  • Experience in Data Analytics.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in crafting marketing strategies while utilizing quantitative and qualitative consumer insights.
  • Experience in working and collaborating with local, regional, and global stakeholders and teams.
  • Experience in building and executing performance marketing campaigns and measurement.
  • Ability to think and solve issues with a problem solving mindset.
  • Ability to work with an entrepreneurial approach in ambiguity and a fast-changing environment.
  • Excellent creative judgment, problem-solving, data analysis, and writing/presentation skills.
About the job

Whether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the representation of the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.

Responsibilities

  • Own first party (1P) Insights and Analytics for marketing campaigns to motivate awareness of current product usage and to inform future efforts.
  • Investigate, analyze and quantify funnel or usage impact of marketing campaigns. Create a feedback loop of learning and share best practices.
  • Work in partnership with global and local teams to own end to end demand generation efforts to motivate usage of our products.
  • Lead Asia Pacific (APAC) first Growth efforts like designing in-product growth experiments and moments led growth campaigns motivating product usage.
  • Support building of Growth marketing campaigns by coming up with business recommendations based on investigative insights.Build operational efficiencies and clear processes to run data motivated performance marketing programs.
