Product Marketing Specialist EMEAI (m/w/d)

(for Allylics, Aromatics and Resins)

at our location in Schwalbach am Taunus (permanent and full-time)

As a Product Marketing Specialist, you collaborate closely with Product Management, Sales, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to align demand forecasting with market needs. You support developing competitive product, pricing, and offering strategies based on market insights and portfolio expertise. By supporting key accounts and sales activities, you actively contribute to the strong market positioning and sustainable growth of our product portfolio. This role reports to the Product Director EMEAI.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive the commercial performance of the Allylics, Aromatics and Resins product portfolio through market, pricing,
  and margin analyses
• Develop and maintain demand forecasts, pricing tools, and competitive insights
• Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to optimize sourcing, allocation, and customer prioritization
• Support key account management, including contract management, pricing approvals, and commercial evaluations
• Monitor market trends, supply/demand dynamics, and raw material developments to support data-driven decisions
• Prepare financial analyses for strategic initiatives and business optimization projects
• Act as a commercial interface for issue resolution, customer topics, and cross-functional initiatives

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree (business and/or technical - Chemical Engineer/Chemistry

• 4-5 years’ experience in commercial or other fields with exposure to the Allylics, Aormatics and Resins portfolio

• Excellent English language skills, German is an asset

• Prior experience in sales and supply chain is an asset

• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively deal with all levels of the organization, both internally and externally, while fostering a team environment

• Ability to effectively work in a global organization, across functions and across cultures

• Strong analytical skills

• Ability to summarize and present data in a logical, meaningful and effective manner

• Self-starter mentality and team-based problem-solving skills

• Advanced knowledge of various systems (e.g. SAP, AO, Excel, Power BI, AI tools)
