The Opportunity

Join Resolution Life as a Product Owner and lead the charge in delivering a seamless Adviser digital experience for Asteron Integration! In this dynamic role, you'll work within a squad to create a compelling vision and purpose, establish operating rhythms, and drive agile practices across the business. You'll be the champion of the "Resolution Life Way," ensuring the accuracy of JIRA data, gathering and prioritising requirements, and managing stakeholder relationships and expectations.

Your exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management will be crucial as you define and reprioritise roadmaps, manage trade-offs, and ensure timely delivery of projects. You'll facilitate squad ceremonies, collaborate across squads, and oversee squad resourcing and financials. With your expertise in life insurance, CRM, and digital transformation, you'll translate technical concepts into business solutions, enhancing our capabilities and driving results.

This role offers a 12-month day-rate contract and embraces flexible working arrangements. You'll have the freedom to work remotely, with office attendance required once per week and occasionally on an ad hoc basis, ensuring a harmonious balance between business needs and personal flexibility.

Ability to work with and understand outsytems, and its upstream and downstream impacts on a business
Experience leading a technical team with software development – ability to translate technical concepts into business delivery.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to build internal networks and influence outcomes
Experience with working with regulatory requirements and an understanding of their importance to the insurance industry
