What you will do in this role

As a Product Owner on our team, you will:

• Manage the roadmap for Digital Art, Coordination, and UX/UI projects, reporting progress and risks to the various stakeholders
• Execute strategic prioritization of the backlog, analyzing time/ cost/ scope/ impact/ benefit
• Define and documentation of the functional requirements of the initiatives, epics, and user stories.
• Plan, monitor, and execute evolutionary and corrective actions with the teams involved
• Provide business insight to the technical team and collaborate on technological leadership, creating new opportunities for innovation
• Conduct continuous benchmarking, considering the opinions of different stakeholders, to propose improvements
• Execute analysis of results to incrementally refine the digital product
• Plan and test production deployments with the PMO, QA, and the various stakeholders

Your qualifications

Concentrix is a great match if you:

• Are proficient or bilingual in Spanish plus you have an advanced level English
• Are flexible to travel to Tordera twice a week
• Have Bachelor´s degree in Computer Engineering or a similar discipline
• Have +3 years’ experience as a Product Owner using agile frameworks
• Have experience related to content management and UX/UI
• Have experience or knowledge in retail or e-commerce industry is highly desirable
• Are detail oriented, organized and proactive
• Have experience in team management
• Have experience in Scrum project management

It would be a plus if you:

• Have certifications in PMI or Agile project management
• Have web development knowledge

- Have knowledge of UX/UI, REST APIs, and front- and back-end technologies
