  • Strong experience in financial domain for Product Manager and in software development or digital transformation for Product Owner.
  • Expertise in Agile methodology, backlog management, sprint and release planning, and requirement traceability.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills with ability to align diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to evaluate market trends, foresee risks, connect business needs to technology, and prioritize features based on ROI.
  • Familiarity with system integrations, technology stacks, project management tools, ISO/CMMi frameworks, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Capability to nurture team members, conduct appraisals, and groom future leaders.
  • 5-7 years’ experience for Product Manager and 6+ years’ experience (with at least 3 as Product Owner) along with a Bachelor’s in CS, IS, or Business Administration.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive product vision, strategy, and go-to-market plans while aligning with cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct market research, partner with customers to elicit needs, manage expectations through agreements, and drive ROI improvements.
  • Create, refine, and prioritize product backlogs, lead scrums, set release plans, mitigate roadblocks, and act as product ambassador.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, ensure adherence to process and quality checks, and oversee smooth product deployment.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and business analysts, mentor team members, and identify and grow future leaders.
  • Support pre-sales, define pricing and positioning, enable distribution channels, and drive global product launches.
