Salary: EUR 35.000 - 45.000

Our digital products and services reward customers for reducing emissions, encouraging them to switch to climate-friendly transportation options. We serve private and commercial EV drivers, charging station operators, and mobility companies of all sizes.

What you’ll be doing
Your central responsibility is to maximize the value delivered by the development team through operational excellence and process enhancement.
Backlog Execution and Optimization: You are the team's dedicated executor, taking prioritized items from the Head of Product and ensuring they are ready, estimated, and executed by the team – and if not, bring them to that state.
Detailed Requirement Generation: Breaking higher grade PRDs, Projects and Milestones into actionable, well-defined issues with crystal-clear acceptance criteria for the development team ensuring that the team understands all needed bits of it.
Execution Play: You meticulously execute within the guardrails of the development process and the team's structure, focusing on enhancing delivery efficiency and quality.
Team Support and Clarity: Serving as the dedicated source of truth for the development team, answering day-to-day questions and validating completed work in partnership with stakeholders.
Guidance and Input: You have a direct line to the Head of Product to receive input, ensuring team efforts are aligned with company and department goals.

Delivery Discipline: You are proactive, take pride in moving tickets to "Done," and focus on shipping the next planned solution.
Structured Thinking: Expertise in breaking down complex problems into manageable and clear tickets, utilizing Agile or other methodologies.
Prioritization: Ability to follow the bigger pictures priorities and set local delivery priority on backlog items yourself based on frameworks like MOSCOW, RICE, or WSJF.
- Technical Foundation: A strong technical background that allows you to confidently assess development estimations and discuss solutions with the team.
