In order to strengthen our internal teams, we are currently looking for a:
Product Owner
As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for overseeing our ERP SaaS solution, including the releases, bug tracking, documentation and collaboration with our service provider. You will work closely with the IT staff, sponsors, end-users and other stakeholders to ensure that the project objectives, scope, budget, and timeline are met. You will also manage the project risks, issues, and changes, and communicate the project status and progress to the relevant parties.
What will you do?
Define and communicate the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Plan, schedule, and oversee product releases, ensuring timely delivery of new features and updates.
Monitor, prioritize, and facilitate the resolution of bugs, working closely with the development team and service provider.
Assist the second-level support team to address complex technical issues that cannot be resolved by first-level support.
Serve as the final escalation point for intricate technical issues, utilizing expert-level knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve problems that cannot be addressed by first or second-level support. This includes collaborating with subject matter experts and developers to resolve intricate issues.
Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and the service provider, ensuring clear communication and alignment on product requirements and priorities.
Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it reflects user needs, business priorities, and market trends.
Analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement of the ERP solution.
This offer is for you if:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Product Owner, preferably in managing ERP or CRM solutions.
Extensive experience in third-level support, with a strong ability to resolve complex technical issues.
Deep understanding of ERP systems and related technologies.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach.
Experience with product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
