Product Owner Sharepoint Needed In Brussels, Belgium(Hybrid)

We are looking for a SharePoint Online Product Owner to lead the planning, development, and management of our SharePoint Online environment, including integrated Teams and OneDrive storage solutions. This role involves collaborating closely with stakeholders to define and prioritize requirements, establish product vision and strategy, and ensure successful implementation. A strong focus on document security, data protection, and user adoption is essential to drive the platform’s effective use and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for SharePoint Online, aligning with business objectives and user needs.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and end-users to gather requirements and prioritize features based on business value.
  • Manage and maintain a well-defined product backlog, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of new features.
  • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of SharePoint Online solutions, ensuring effective communication and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Advocate for user-centric design, ensuring a positive user experience and driving user adoption.
  • Monitor platform performance and usage, identifying areas for improvement to enhance functionality and satisfaction.
  • Maintain compliance with organizational policies and regulations, collaborating with security teams to manage document security, data labeling, and classification with Azure Information Protection.
  • Manage budget, monitor expenditures, proactively report deviations, and contribute to budget planning and cost-saving initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role with a strong focus on SharePoint Online.
  • In-depth understanding of SharePoint Online architecture, capabilities, and document security features.
  • Experience with Azure Information Protection and data labeling practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization abilities.
  • Proficiency in agile development methodologies, project management tools, and information security principles.
  • Servant leader with a proactive, results-driven mindset, committed to product success.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
