  • Build strong relationships with external stakeholders to ensure their training needs are met and their product knowledge is maximised.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

  • Monitor the effectiveness of training programs by setting and tracking KPIs (e.g., customer satisfaction, knowledge assessments, etc.).
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership on training impact and progress.

Industry & Product Knowledge:

  • Stay informed on industry trends, new technologies, and product innovations to keep training programs up-to-date.
  • Act as a product expert, ensuring that all stakeholders understand Tate's product offerings, benefits, and value propositions.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience in product training or a similar role, preferably within the data centre, construction, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong ability to simplify and communicate complex technical information to diverse audiences.
  • Proven experience working with LMS platforms, including content creation and management.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with experience in delivering in-person and virtually training.
