Product Support & Warranty Specialist

We’re now looking for a Product Support & Warranty Specialist to keep those good times rolling by making sure every product stays in top form.

What you’ll do

Be the go-to expert for warranty claims and product support

Solve product issues, track trends, and help improve future ranges

Liaise with customers, dealers, and service providers to keep every claim smooth

Keep accurate records and use CRM/warranty systems to stay on top of it all

What you bring

Experience in customer service, warranty claims, or product support (or a knack for detail and process)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Confidence with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (not required but a bonus!)
