Job Overview
About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and personable Production Administrator to join our Production and Operations department. Reporting directly to the Senior Content Manager, this role is ideal for someone organized and enthusiastic about supporting a dynamic team focused on high-quality event production. The Production Administrator will play a vital role in managing speaker profiles, website updates, CRM coordination, and the creation of briefing documents, ensuring that all operational details are managed smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison to collect assets and materials for website and promotional use
  • Manage speaker profiles and ensure up-to-date and accurate information on all platforms
  • Coordinate and execute website updates (experience with WordPress preferred, but not essential)
  • Prepare briefing documents to support speakers, chairs, and panellists
  • Manage event folders to ensure smooth and easy access of presentations/similar
  • Utilize CRM tools, such as HubSpot, for data management and tracking engagement
  • Support with administration of AutoSens Academy as required
  • Track inbound abstract submissions and organise in clear manner
  • Track attendance of 'Ask The Experts' Webinars
  • Customer service skills

Skills and Qualifications

  • Personable and collaborative team player with a strong work ethic and self-motivation
  • Excellent organizational skills, able to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
  • Proficient in computer skills, with familiarity in CRMs (HubSpot or similar) and basic WordPress experience preferred, but not essential
  • Willingness to learn, highly engaged, and proactive
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid role, with one day per week on-site in Horsham (driving essential)
  • Experience in the event industry or administrative support is a plus
  • Able to take a customer-focused approach, with excellent communication and client liaison skills

Working Hours and Benefits

  • Full-time with standard hours and some flexibility, work from home 4 days p.week
