Ichor Inc is in search of a Production & Packaging Associates to add to our team in the Cannabis industry! The ideal candidate for this position will be detail-orientated, strong multi-tasking skill set and be able to work as part of a team. This candidate must also always pose willingness to learn and improve in their position. They are responsible for carrying out all packaging duties while adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), ability to work quickly yet efficiently, a strong eye for detail, and confident in their communication and basic math skills (both written and spoken). Must be eager to learn as on-site training is provided therefor previous experience is not mandatory but will be preferred.
Key Roles
- Carefully read packaging request/details for the order you are completing
- Use appropriate packaging and labelling equipment to fill orders
- Check the quality of product and remove product defects
- Scale and label boxes
- Ensure equipment and workplace area is cleaned before and after use
- Ensure accurate completion of records and paperwork for each order
- Assist in weekly cleaning requirements of entire production floor
- Comfortable to left weight of 10lbs to 50lbs
Academic and other Requirements:
High School Diploma or OCC
Clean Background checks (Police Clearance Check)
Working Hours:
Friday to Sunday - 7am to 7pm (12 hours per day)
Hourly Pay + 10% Shift Premium
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $16.00-$19.00 per hour
