Job Overview:
We’re looking for a driven and reliable Production Assistant to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, wants to learn a specialized trade, and takes pride in contributing to high-quality production. No prior experience is required — we will provide training for the right candidate with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare materials for production by accurately cutting textiles for sewing.
• Operate a stamping machine to cut patterns with precision.
• Organize and stage materials to keep production running smoothly.
• Read and follow cutting tickets to prepare bins for assembly.
• Assist with molding plastic components as part of the production process.

Hours of operation:

M-F: 8 AM-3 PM – Flexible schedule

Position will start part time with opportunity to advance to full time.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Have a safety-first mentality

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.50 - $18.50 per hour
