Job description

Omniflow Water, the product division of Bottleless Nation, is seeking a dedicated Production Team Member for our fast-growing Indianapolis facility. In this role, you will play a key part in building innovative, eco-friendly water filtration systems that help businesses eliminate plastic waste.

Your Role:

  • Build and test SMART water filtration systems using hand tools and fixtures.
  • Inspect and label products to ensure top quality.
  • Collaborate with your team to improve processes and share ideas.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow safety protocols.
  • Receive, inspect, and ship products with care.
  • Participate in training and team meetings to grow your skills.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent (trade school a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude (we’ll train you on the rest!).
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a supportive team.
  • Basic computer skills for tracking processes.
  • Reliable transportation to our Indianapolis facility.
  • Bonus Points: Experience with plumbing or commercial beverage/ice systems is a plus but not required (We value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn!)
  • Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM–11:00 AM.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 100 lbs. (Tasks may vary, and we’ll work with you to ensure a safe and inclusive workplace.)
  • Comfort using hand and power tools.

  • Mechanical troubleshooting: 2 years (Required)
  • Service technician: 2 years (Preferred)
