Production Cook

Production Cook (Batch Cooking) required for Food manufacturing site cooking Bulk batches of Pakora/Fried Products

Looking for experienced Cooks to run and assist in the production of Pakoras & Curries to join our team. Must have experience of handling food safely. Must be enthusiastic, energetic and able to handle high volume sites.

With Christmas upcoming you can expect at least 48 Hours a week minimum with good day (Competitive) and sociable hours even during our busiest periods!

HOURS: 8AM-5PM (Sociable hours), 5 Days weekly over 7 Days, Weekend availability is required for this role with 90% of every Sunday being off as the kitchen is shut during Sundays usually.

We are looking for?

• Competent level of English is essential (reading & writing)
• Ability to frequently lift and carry heavy loads.
• Experience in Cooking necessary
• Fit & Competent
• Technical ability to operate Fryers & Curry machines
• Work in an efficient, clean and tidy manner and adhering to strict hygiene requirements.
• Ability to report to and take direction from supervisors.
• Reliable and trustworthy.
• Must be able to travel to and from site

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
