Description:
At M.J. Bale, we’re proud to craft garments of integrity — woven with character, provenance, and style. As our Production Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in turning creative vision into beautifully executed product, supporting every stage from development to delivery.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a sharp eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and a love for fashion, logistics, and process excellence.

What you’ll do

Coordinate production timelines, ensuring all collections are delivered on schedule and to M.J. Bale’s quality standards.

Liaise daily with suppliers, factories, and mills to track progress, manage purchase orders, and resolve production issues.

Partner closely with the Design, Merchandising, and Planning teams to ensure smooth handovers from design concept to final product.

Oversee product sampling, approvals, lab dips, trims, and fabric submissions.

Maintain accurate data and documentation in PLM and production systems.

Support the sustainability and compliance initiatives that define M.J. Bale’s responsible sourcing practices.

Skills and Experiences:
About you

You’re detail-driven, reliable, and love seeing a plan come together. You thrive in fast-paced environments, juggling multiple priorities while staying calm and solution-focused.

You’ll bring:
Experience in production coordination, product development, or supply chain (fashion industry experience preferred).

Strong organisational and communication skills with impeccable attention to detail.

Confidence managing multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.

A team-first attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production software (PLM experience a bonus).
