Role title: Production Co-Ordinator
Reporting to: Production Manager
Location: This role is based on the company premises in Mitchelstown, Co. Cork.
Duration: Permanent / Full time / 39-hour week
Remuneration: €28000 - €35000

Lisnabrin Engineering:
Lisnabrin Engineering is a high precision engineering company, based in Mitchelstown Co Cork, Ireland. We supply our customers, in Ireland and internationally, with;
- Customized precision tooling, production jigs, prototypes, and components required in the automated assembly lines of the medical device manufacturing industry.
- Prototypes of components for new medical device products.
- Production components for medical devices.

We have a highly skilled and highly motivated team, including toolmakers and engineers who are dedicated to completing any job, large or small, within the specified time frame. We offer our customers high precision CNC machining, from one-off machined parts to high volume production.
Lisnabrin Engineering is recognized by its customers as being one of Irelands leading sub-contract engineering and CNC specialists. Our quality system is certified to the ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016 standards and our capabilities include product design, CNC machining, wire EDM, laser welding and marking, electropolishing, toolmaking and product assembly.
In line with our growth strategy, we are currently recruiting for the role of a Production Coordinator.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Co-Ordinator to support our procurement operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively to ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing of goods and services.
Your Main Responsibilities:
- Provide full administrative support to the Production Manager including order processing and data entry.
- Job card creation and archiving.
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand purchasing needs.
- Assist in sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations.
- Process purchase orders and maintain accurate records.
- Track deliveries and resolve any issues with suppliers.
- Maintain supplier relationships and update vendor databases.
- Support cost analysis.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in a purchasing or administrative role preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Further education in business, engineering or supply chain is an advantage but not essential.
Experience:
- 1–2 years’ experience in an administrative, technical, or data-focused role preferred.

Pay: €27,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
